I think it’s important to note that there is a component of the healing process that you did not mention, or perhaps I missed it. That would be the spiritual work that you have done over decades to create a consciousness that enters the challenge from a spiritually empowered position. Such a consciousness, I believe, not only led you to the methodologies that you needed, but played a role in the healing process itself.
We are well-served to know that it is our everyday practice that, over time, builds the consciousness from which we encounter the challenges of life.
