Program 1 is ideal for ministries ready to move beyond the minister-centric model of ministry. It includes two on-site visits each year and over 130 hours of real-time video coaching for Senior Minister; Senior Minister & Board President; Senior Minister & Board; Minister (s) & staff; team / program leaders over the duration of the program. Certain prerequisites apply.
Program 2 is a good fit for ministries without credentialed leadership that are seeking to attract a spiritual leader passionate about mission-centric ministry. It provides a comprehensive interim ministry program designed to engage the ministries shadow in preparation for transitioning to mission-centric ministry practice. This year and a half program includes the Q Process and shadow work as the foundation for evolving the ministry out of its challenging past. The program consists of one on-site visit (The GenoGram Activity) and nearly 100 hours of real-time Board, Staff, and Team video coaching.
Program 3 is ideal for minister / board teams who are interested in moving toward a more sustainable ministry practice by incorporating mission-centric ministry imperatives. The program includes the Q Process for the minister and board as well as four minister / board video conferences. This program features biweekly coaching calls and networking with other clients within my coaching program in both Unity and CSL.
